Quotes and pricing

  • The final price is confirmed with you before any work begins. Work starts only after you approve it.
  • If the situation on site differs from what was described, we will explain the difference and give you an updated price before doing anything.

Response times

Arrival times we mention, including averages, are good faith estimates based on our experience. Actual arrival depends on your location, traffic and weather, and is not a guaranteed commitment.

Identity verification

For your protection, our technicians must verify that you are authorized to access the property, vehicle or safe. We may ask for a photo ID together with proof of residence or ownership. We may refuse service when authorization cannot be verified.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed. We accept cash, credit card, Zelle and check. You will receive a receipt for every job.

Workmanship and liability

  • We always begin with professional, damage free entry methods where possible.
  • Locks that are worn, broken or previously damaged may require drilling or replacement. We will tell you first and price it before proceeding.
  • We are not responsible for conditions that existed before our arrival, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job.

Cancellations

You may cancel a service call at no cost any time before the technician arrives at your location.
